Duskytail grouper

Duskytail grouper is an Indo-west Pacific species, occurring from the Persian Gulf to Taiwan, Indonesia and the northern coast of Australia. It occurs on shallow banks. It can reach 45 cm, common size about 20 cm. It is commercially cultured in Taiwan. The duskytail grouper grows much slower than green groupers.
